Bu metin, mesaexpo.com web sitesini ziyaret ettiğinizde ve bizimle iletişime geçtiğinizde kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca sizi bilgilendirmek için hazırlanmıştır.

Kısaca

• Sitemiz ziyaretçilerin tarayıcısına çerez bırakmaz; reklam, takip ya da ziyaretçi analiz aracı kullanmaz.
• Yalnızca siz bir formu doldurup gönderirseniz bilgilerinizi kaydederiz ve yalnızca size dönüş yapmak için kullanırız.
• Verilerinizi satmaz, reklam amacıyla üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayız.
• Google Haritalar yalnızca siz “Haritayı Göster” düğmesine bastığınızda yüklenir.

1. Veri sorumlusu

Kişisel verileriniz bakımından veri sorumlusu Mesa Expo'dur (ticari unvan: Mesa Expo Uluslararası Fuarcılık Ticaret Limited Şirketi). Adres: İzzet Paşa Mah. Yeni Yol Cad. Nurol Tower No: 3, İç Kapı No: 251, Şişli / İstanbul. E-posta: info@mesaexpo.com.

2. Hangi verileri, hangi amaçla, hangi yolla işliyoruz?

a) İletişim formu. İletişim sayfasındaki formu gönderdiğinizde ad soyad, firma adı, ülke, telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, konu ve mesajınız bize ulaşır. Bu bilgileri talebinize yanıt vermek, fuar katılımı için teklif hazırlamak ve sizinle iletişim kurmak için kullanırız.

b) Müşteri yorumu. Fuarlarımıza katılan bir firmaysanız yorum formunu doldurabilirsiniz. Fuarı, adınızı veya firma adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı ve yorumunuzu isteriz. Yorumunuz incelendikten sonra, yalnızca adınız ya da firma adınız ve yorumunuz (ile hangi fuara ait olduğu) sitede yayınlanır; e-posta adresiniz ve telefon numaranız yayınlanmaz. Yayınlanmasına, yorum formundaki onay kutusunu işaretleyerek izin vermiş olursunuz.

c) WhatsApp ve telefonla iletişim. Sitedeki WhatsApp düğmesiyle yazdığınızda telefon numaranız, WhatsApp profil adınız ve mesajınız bize ulaşır. WhatsApp'ın altyapısı Meta Platforms'a aittir ve onun gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Yazışmayı siz başlattığınız için bu aktarım sizin tercihinizle gerçekleşir.

d) Sunucu kayıtları ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi. Siteyi barındıran sunucu, güvenlik ve hata ayıklama amacıyla standart erişim kayıtlarını (IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, ziyaret zamanı, istenen sayfa) tutabilir. Formların otomatik robotlarca kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için, form gönderen cihazın IP adresi sınırlı sayıda gönderim hakkını saymak amacıyla sunucuda tutulur.

e) Tarayıcınızdaki dil tercihi. Seçtiğiniz dil (Türkçe veya İngilizce), tarayıcınızın kendi depolama alanında saklanır. Bu bilgi kimliğinizi belirlemez, bize gönderilmez ve tarayıcı ayarlarından silinebilir.

f) Google Haritalar. İletişim sayfasındaki harita, siz “Haritayı Göster” düğmesine basana kadar yüklenmez. Düğmeye bastığınızda tarayıcınız Google sunucularına bağlanır; Google bu bağlantıda IP adresinizi alır ve çerez kullanabilir. Bu veriyi Google kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler ve Türkiye dışına aktarılmış olur. Haritayı hiç açmazsanız Google ile bağlantı kurulmaz.

g) Dış bağlantılar. Instagram, YouTube ve LinkedIn bağlantılarına tıkladığınızda bu platformların kendi sitelerine geçersiniz; orada olanlar o platformların politikalarına tabidir.

3. Hukuki sebepler

Verileriniz KVKK madde 5/2 uyarınca; bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (talebiniz üzerine teklif ve hizmet sunulması), hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirilmesi ve veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati (taleplerinize dönüş yapılması, sitenin güvenliği) sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir. Yorumunuzun sitede yayınlanması ise açık rızanıza dayanır; rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz.

4. Verilerin aktarılması

Verilerinizi pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü kişilere satmaz ya da devretmeyiz. Verilere yalnızca şu taraflar erişebilir: Mesa Expo çalışanları; siteyi barındıran hosting şirketi (Türkiye); WhatsApp'ı işleten Meta Platforms (yazışmayı siz başlattığınız için); haritayı açarsanız Google. Talebiniz fuar katılımına dönüşürse, katılımı gerçekleştirmek için ilgili fuar organizatörleri, nakliye ve konaklama gibi hizmet sağlayıcılarla yalnızca bu iş için gerekli bilgileri paylaşabiliriz. Yasal bir zorunluluk doğarsa yetkili kamu kurumlarıyla paylaşım yapılabilir.

5. Saklama süresi

• İletişim formu mesajları: son yazışmanızdan itibaren 2 yıl; sonra silinir ya da anonim hale getirilir.
• Müşterimiz olursanız: hizmet ilişkisi boyunca ve ticari kayıtlar için kanunda öngörülen süre (en fazla 10 yıl) kadar.
• Müşteri yorumları: siz silinmesini isteyene kadar.
• Sunucu kayıtları: hosting şirketinin kayıt politikasına göre kısa süreli.

6. Çerezler

Bu sitede ziyaretçilere çerez bırakılmaz. Yalnızca yönetim paneline giren Mesa Expo çalışanları için oturum çerezi kullanılır. İleride çerez, analiz ya da reklam aracı eklersek bunu bu sayfada duyurur ve gereken yerde önceden onayınızı alırız. Haritayı açarsanız Google çerez kullanabilir (bkz. 2-f).

7. Haklarınız

KVKK madde 11 uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK'nın 7. maddesindeki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Başvurularınızı info@mesaexpo.com adresine yazılı olarak iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuzu, niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız. Yanıttan memnun kalmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu metni güncellersek yeni hâlini bu sayfada, “Son güncelleme” tarihini değiştirerek yayımlarız.

This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit mesaexpo.com and contact us. It is provided under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

In short

• The site sets no cookies for visitors and uses no advertising, tracking or analytics tools.
• We store your details only if you submit a form, and use them only to reply to you.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
• Google Maps loads only when you press “Show map”.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Mesa Expo (legal name: Mesa Expo Uluslararası Fuarcılık Ticaret Limited Şirketi), İzzet Paşa Mah. Yeni Yol Cad. Nurol Tower No: 3, Office 251, Şişli / Istanbul, Türkiye. Email: info@mesaexpo.com.

2. What we process, why and how

a) Contact form. When you send the form on the Contact page we receive your name, company, country, phone number, email address, subject and message. We use them to answer you, prepare fair-participation offers and stay in touch.

b) Customer reviews. If your company took part in one of our fairs you may leave a review: the fair, your name or company name, your email address, your phone number and your review. After moderation, only your name or company name, the review and the fair it refers to are published; your email address and phone number are not. By ticking the consent box on the review form you allow this publication.

c) WhatsApp and phone. If you write to us through the WhatsApp button we receive your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and message. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and is subject to its privacy policy. You start the conversation, so this transfer happens at your choice.

d) Server logs and abuse prevention. The hosting server may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, time, requested page) for security and debugging. To keep the forms from being abused by bots, the IP address of a device that submits a form is kept on the server as a counter limiting the number of submissions.

e) Language preference. Your chosen language (Turkish or English) is stored in your browser's own storage. It does not identify you, is not sent to us and can be deleted in your browser settings.

f) Google Maps. The map on the Contact page is not loaded until you press “Show map”. When you do, your browser connects to Google's servers; Google receives your IP address and may use cookies, and processes them under its own privacy policy, which means the data is transferred outside Türkiye. If you never open the map, no connection to Google is made.

g) External links. When you click our Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn links you leave our site; what happens there is governed by those platforms' policies.

3. Legal bases

Under KVKK Article 5/2 we process your data because it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (making an offer and providing services at your request), to meet our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest (answering your requests, keeping the site secure). Publishing your review is based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing. Access is limited to: Mesa Expo staff; the hosting company (Türkiye); Meta Platforms for WhatsApp (because you start the chat); and Google if you open the map. If your enquiry turns into a fair participation, we may share with the fair organisers and with service providers such as transport and accommodation only the information needed for that job. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires.

5. Retention

• Contact-form messages: 2 years after your last correspondence, then deleted or anonymised.
• If you become a customer: for the duration of the service relationship and the period the law requires for commercial records (up to 10 years).
• Customer reviews: until you ask for removal.
• Server logs: a short period, according to the hosting company's log policy.

6. Cookies

The site sets no cookies for visitors. A session cookie is used only for Mesa Expo staff who log into the admin panel. If we ever add cookies, analytics or advertising tools we will say so on this page and ask for your consent where required. If you open the map, Google may use cookies (see 2-f).

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Send your request in writing to info@mesaexpo.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest, depending on the request. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).

8. Changes

If we update this notice, the new version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
